Family wins Infinity system in sweepstake
USA – Carrier have announced that they have installed a Carrier Infinity system in a North Carolina family home after the occupants recently won the company’s social media sweepstakes. The lucky winner, who was revealed to be Jacquelyn Sammons of Concord, North Carolina, received a complete Carrier Infinity heating and cooling system, including updated duct work, a thermostat with Wi-Fi control and professional installation, as a prize worth $16,000. Sammons won the competition after being randomly selected as the winner of the sweepstakes from approximately 57,000 entries.
The prize winner expressed her delight, saying “We are thrilled to be the winners and so thankful for this unique prize. Our old system had been giving us fits for years and our bills were way higher than they should be for a house of this size. We feel so blessed to have been named the winners and want to thank everyone at Carrier and All-Temp for their outstanding work.”
Billy Calloway, All Temp Operations Manager, who supervised the installation of the Infinity system, also commented on the prize, declaring “We’ve accomplished tremendous things as a company and continue to grow and serve the Charlotte region, so it was a privilege to be part of this installation. The Sammons are hard-working, family-focused people who were extremely appreciative of this prize. It makes me proud to be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer when we accomplish things like this.”
Matthew Pine, the vice president for marketing with Carrier, outlined the company’s attitude to social media and its customers, stating “Carrier is absolutely committed to finding new and creative ways to reach our customers and potential customers. This sweepstakes and other social media events excite our dealers and engage homeowners in fun and creative ways, and we hope homeowners will continue to engage with us in their home and on social media.”
