GERMANY – Swegon have today announced that they have acquired bluMartin GmbH, an innovative manufacturer of decentralized residential air handling units with A+ Ecodesign Energy Class and Passivhaus certification. in Germany. The German company currenly counts 16 employees and has its headquarters in Wessling, in the south of Germany. bluMartin declared a turnover of 2 million euro in 2015.

This latest acquisition of bluMartin is a continuation of Swegons’ policy of strengthening its presence on the German market and in residential ventilation.
