FRANCE – The city of Lyon has confirmed the dates and venue for the 2016 edition of the long-running Pollutec trade show. The event organisers have confirmed that the 2016 edition of the Pollutec Lyon fair will take place in the Eurexpo conference centre from the 29th of November to the 2nd of December this year .

The show, which has taken place every year since 1978, has been described by its organisers as being the foremost general environmental trade fair at the international level. The Pollutec event, which welcomes a total of 2,500 exhibitors, 400 conferences, 200 innovations each year and 11,000 visitors per edition, is indeed a rendezvous of choice for all actors on the HVAC & R world stage, as well as being an important event for trade leaders in the factories of the future, agriculture or sustainable cities.

And as expected, all the major players in the industry will be there, including the Danfoss giant Danfoss, which presents itself as a partner of the show, alongside Phoenix Contact, Krohne and Altereo.
The Danish company will present solutions for catchment, pumping, treatment and storage of water, as well as solutions for leak detection, for example.
