EUROPE – For the fifth time, the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) has called upon European cities and regions to submit their applications for the Heat Pump City of the Year Awards. The prize will be awarded for heat pump projects and also best practices in the heat pump sector.
Five projects will be selected to participate in a public online vote on the EHPA website after being shortlisted by a jury of experts. The selection criteria are based on their level of innovation, energy efficiency and relevance.
In addition to obtaining the title, the winner of the award will also gain greater visibility through the EHPA’s website, newsletter and events and will also earn the chance to present the project during an interview.
For the first time, the Revolve Photo Contest by Revolve Media will take place in parallel to the Heat Pump City of the Year, recompensing the most inspiring photograph in the heat pump sector. The winner will form part of a photograph exhibition to be held during the European Sustainable Energy Week 2015.
