USA/CHINA – EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. announced the creation of a joint venture with SHANGHAI RUKING ELECTRONICS SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd. EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES is a division of Emerson, a leader in heating services, air conditioning and refrigeration and services in these technological markets.

The new company is named RUKING EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. The activities of this joint venture will focus on the development and sale of inverters, regulators and other heating solutions, air conditioning and refrigeration.

The joint venture of EMERSON with RUKING SHANGHAI ELECTRONICS Company aims at the development and sale of variable speed drives, controls and solutions for the global market heating, air conditioning and refrigeration. This should strengthen the global position of the US in the regional market due to the technical support offered by the partner company.

RUKING is a leading company in China in the technology of heating and cooling as well as the rate of change of solutions. It also offers a full range of R&D from design, manufacturing to sales. It was founded in 2003 by Patrick Lei who will remain at the head of the joint venture as CEO to manage the daily operations.
