Heatcraft to broaden service agreements
USA – Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, a leading provider of commercial and industrial refrigeration components, systems and service solutions, has announced that it is broadening its existing OEM Extended Service Agreement (ESA’s) program by announcing the recent introduction of Heatcraft Extended Service Agreements to their Wholesaler partners. The expansion of the ESA program now allows Heatcraft Wholesale and OEM partners to offer their customers a program that protects them from the worries of down time and the cost of unexpected repairs. Heatcraft has partnered with Trinity Warranty, North America’s largest provider of risk management programs for the HVAC/R industry, to oversee the Heatcraft ESA program.
The Heatcraft Extended Service Agreement program for Wholesalers provides additional warranty protection for Heatcraft parts and service labor. Program benefits for the wholesaler include backing by an A (Excellent) rated insurance company certified by A.M. Best Company, seamless order processing and satisfaction knowing Trinity Warranty will directly pay all service providers for covered repairs. Additionally, end-users will have peace of mind knowing that any covered mechanical system failures are warranted during the term of the ESA and that they are purchasing tomorrow’s repair costs at today’s prices with a one-time payment.
“By extending the Extended Service Agreement program to our wholesale partners, Heatcraft will have greater opportunities to provide enhanced service to end-use customers,” said Ray Clarke, Director of Parts Sales and Warranty Administration for Heatcraft. “The expansion of the ESA program is part of our larger strategy to deliver value-added services that make it easier to do business with us.
