GERMANY – Swegon AB released a statement on 1st August 2014 announcing that they had reached an agreement to acquire Econdition GmbH in Germany.
German antitrust authorities subsequently approved the acquisition and the purchase was completed on the 29th of August.

The German company Econdition is a leading distributor of data center and industrial cooling solutions and has its headquarters in Munich, where the company employs 40 staff and declared a turnover of approximately €14M in 2013.
