UK – One of the standout events in the calendar for the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, the ACR News Awards 2016, is set to take place on Wednesday 17^th of February at the prestigious Vox Conference Centre, located within the brand new Resorts World Birmingham next to the NEC. Jon Culshaw, one of Britain’s foremost impressionists, will host this year’s event.

The judges, all of whom are experts in their field, have been deliberating over the entries since December. This year’s jury is chaired by Lynn Sencicle the editor of ACR News, and also included Barry Lyons of ACRIB (Air Conditioning Refrigeration Industry Board); Martyn Cooper of of FETA (Federation of Environmental Trade Associations); Dr Ed Hammond of ECH Engineering; Graeme Fox of AREA (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration European contractors Association); and Roger Borer of the IoR (Institute of Refrigeration).

Among the prizes to be distributed are awards for contractor of the year, refrigeration product of the year, air conditioning product of the year, distributor of the year and initiative of the year.
