MOROCCO – The 5^th edition of SIFAC – International exhibition of Cooling, Air conditioning and Heating (Salon International du Froid, de l’Air Conditionné et du Chauffage) is set to open its doors from tomorrow until Saturday in Casablanca. The IIR (International Institute of Refrigeration) co-sponsored event will take place in the Office of Fairs and Exhibitions of Casablanca and aims to unite more than 80 national and international operators with different suppliers and prescribers’ profiles including architects, engineers, contractors, property developers and air conditioning fitters.

The prestigious biennial conference has a well-deserved reputation for attracting an international audience of researchers and industrialists, providing an opportunity to showcase cutting edge developments in sustainability, retail refrigeration and the cold chain.

This year, the conference theme will be divided into 3 categories, namely cold chain refrigeration equipment; monitoring, evaluating and responding to conditions and finally developments in sustainability. The event will also see awards being distributed for the best stand and also the best conference.
