FRANCE – Climalife, a French manufacturer of fluids (refrigerants, coolants, refrigerants) and related equipment, has announced the release of its mobile app, available on Android and iOS, called F-Gas Solutions. This is an application that will allow professionals from the air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and renewable energies industries to use their smartphone to find all the information needing to be updated following the F-Gas Regulation II (European Decree No. 517/2014).

Climalife claim that their application enables a computer to determine the GWP (Global Warming Potential) of fluids used in client’s installations in terms of tonnes of CO2 equivalent.

Another feature, entitled “Climalife approved F-Gas Solutions “, retrieves the alternatives proposed by Climalife which are in compliance with the new regulations. The company ensures that all professionals will find the applications and systems they use, whatever their sector of activity. An additional attraction of this feature is that the table created by the application can also be sent by email to the user so that it can be shared or used on another device. Climalife also revealed at the launch that the application is available in multiple languages, including English, French, Dutch and German.
